I want you to have the possible outcome from your treatments, which is why I recommend which products are ideal for your skin at that point in time.

Our skin and what it needs, goes through changes for many different reasons including seasons, hormonal fluctuations, environment and lifestyle. I can help you with products and routines from  basic cleansing and moisturising, to more advanced treatments such as Vitamin C and glycolic acid. There is so much choice out there and lots of conflicting information. I will help you get the most from your products, and often I will suggest clients stripping back  their current routine and products, as often it is over doing things.

I also recommend using my service of Balance Testing, a finger prick blood test to find your omega 6/3 Ratio and essential fatty acid profile. Having an omega 6/3 ratio of around 3/1 is optimum for cellular health but most of us are far away from this. These essential fatty acids are, well, essential and having that optimum balance will take your skin treatments results from good to amazing. Zinzino Balance Oil is an incredible product to literally bring you back to balance and by testing, it means you understand exactly what’s happening within your body. In a time that we are being sold supplements upon supplements, but mostly have no idea if they’re doing any good at all, this is the solution…test dont guess!
